Easter Egg Gather

Today we went to an Easter Egg Hunt at our church, but the weather turned the outdoor hunt into an indoor gather! Jackson still seemed to have a good time. He is scared of the Easter Bunny but did get a little close to him! He really likes candy so he was all about his eggs. For the holiday we are headed to Warrensburg and my entire family will be there. We will get to see Justin's parents too! Fun Fun!

Happy Spring?

Today is the first day of Spring which happens to be one of my favorite days of the year... but Mr. Weather is just being cruel. Yesterday it was 63 degrees. Justin and Jackson enjoyed a 6 mile in Bob (our jogging stroller- whom Jackson loves) and today we woke up with 4 inches of snow.

So instead of sporting his new flip flops (Skull and Bones Reefs) Jackson is in his snow boots, snow suit, hat and gloves for some hard work with Justin! Jackson has been practicing walking in his flip flops inside the house, so whenever Mr. Weather feels like he is ready for Spring... Jackson is ready!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a fabulous morning spending time with friends. Alli, Mason and Brody joined us for some green fun. The boys get a long so well and I love having time to catch up with Alli.
The day started with green pancakes, of course!
The boys later followed leprechaun prints to a treasure and also collected some valuable green tokens.
Of course no St. Patrick's day is complete without a rainbow.... so we enjoyed making and then eating rainbow cupcakes! What a great day. Jackson loves the cupcakes.

I Heart Cheeseburgers

Jackson absolutely loves cheeseburgers. We typically do not eat out much but we do get Culver's or McDonald's for a treat from time to time. Today Justin and Jackson went to McDonald's together and Jackson ate an entire double cheeseburger on his own. This guy is only 2 years old but he is such a horse! He weights about 35 pounds and seems to eat nonstop these days.

Tractor Tractor Tractor

We recently enjoyed a trip to Warrensburg. Jackson still is talking about Poppy's tractors. Of course there was plenty of fun with Mimi and Poppy plus a trip to the Tractor store and to see the Choo Choo train come through.
We had a great time and the weather was perfect!
